HEAD PASTOR
Dave Perata
Pastor Dave Perata has been involved in ministry for over 25 years. In 2006, while serving as a pastor at a church in Livermore, he was called by the Lord to start a new church in his home town of Discovery Bay.
Dave and his wife, Valerie, began a home study in their living room. Within four short months so many people were responding to the truth and relevance of God's Word, a new meeting site had to be found. The Lord, always faithful, provided space at a local school and Calvary Fellowship Discovery Bay was born!
Our church strives to make mature disciples of Jesus Christ by following the Great Commission, steadfastly teaching God’s Word, and joining together to pray and break bread with the body of believers. Pastor Dave’s calling is to teach and pastor those whom the Lord brings, and he believes that as we are faithful to God, He will then add daily to the church as Acts 2:47 declares.
Everyone is welcome to join us on Sundays at 10:00 am.
